Again, my post is way later than when I finished the book (which was this morning). Power outage. Not the best day for it, being HOT and MUGGY like the INSIDE CHEEK of a STUMBLING GIANT. At least I got out to see a couple of Fringe shows.
August 9th - Book Nine (Alfred A. Knopf)
Although apparently Knopf is now part of Doubleday. When this edition was published (2009), it seems to have been a standalone entity. I will investigate no further 😅.
Number of Pages: 88
Start Page: 1
Number of Poems: 61
Time Reading: 53 minutes
The book is The Wellspring, by Sharon Olds. Inspirational, in that I wrote a whole-ass poem after finishing the book 💖.
Tomorrow, I really hope the power stays on. And so on and so forth. (Which is actually from one of my poems I was memorizing today. Because BuckSlam is coming up next week 😉.)
