I had a busy April, though — alas — less busy than it was supposed to be. (My poetry workshop and Queer Voices reading did not happen.) So I planned to take it easy in May. Successful? Well. I guess we’ll see!

Monday, May 6th, I’m assisting & being mentored by the illustrious, illuminating (but not, AFAIK, Illuminati) Michael Kleber-Diggs, in his poetry course “Line, Sound, Meter, and Voice: Poems as Beautiful Songs,” as part of the ReEntry Lab & ArtStart Writing Fellowship. Mmm…poetry.

On Tuesday, May 7th, the second iteration of Better Things, the event series sponsored by the ReEntry Lab; this will be at Moon Palace Books, from 7:00-8:30 pm.

Wednesday, May 8th, I’m scheduled to be in the Open Book Performance Hall, as part of the Loft’s Spring 2024 Student Reading; doors open at 5:30, and the event starts at 6:00.
